By accessing or using this website, submitting an application, making a reservation request, making a payment, or using our online services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website or online services.
Eligibility
Top Rental Services provides vehicle rental services only to individuals who are 23 years of age or older and who meet all other rental requirements established by Top Rental Services.
Submitting an application does not guarantee approval, vehicle availability, or the right to rent a vehicle.
Top Rental Services reserves the right to approve or decline a rental application in accordance with its rental requirements and applicable law.
Information You Provide
You agree that all information submitted to Top Rental Services will be accurate, complete, current, and truthful to the best of your knowledge.
You agree not to knowingly:
Provide false or misleading information
Use another person’s identity without authorization
Submit altered, forged, stolen, fraudulent, or falsified documents
Misrepresent your driver’s license, insurance, identity, address, date of birth, or other rental information
Attempt to obtain a rental vehicle through fraud, deception, or misrepresentation
Top Rental Services may verify information submitted as permitted by law.
False or Fraudulent Identification
Customers may not submit, present, possess, or use a fake, altered, forged, stolen, invalid, suspended, revoked, expired, or otherwise fraudulent driver’s license or other identification in connection with a rental application or vehicle rental.
Top Rental Services may deny or terminate service, cancel or refuse a rental, recover a vehicle, and take other action permitted by the rental agreement and applicable law if invalid or fraudulent identification is discovered.
Where appropriate and legally permitted, suspected fraudulent identification or identity theft may be reported to law enforcement or other appropriate authorities.
Vehicle Availability
Vehicles displayed, advertised, or discussed by Top Rental Services are subject to availability.
A vehicle shown on the website or quoted to a customer is not guaranteed to remain available until the rental transaction is confirmed.
Availability may change because of:
Existing rentals
Reservations
Maintenance
Repairs
Accidents
Mechanical issues
Vehicle replacement
Fleet changes
Other operational reasons
Top Rental Services may offer another available vehicle when appropriate, but a replacement or substitute vehicle is not guaranteed.
Pricing and Payments
Rental rates, deposits, fees, taxes, and other charges may vary depending on the vehicle, rental duration, services provided, and circumstances of the rental.
The actual amount owed will be stated in the applicable rental agreement, invoice, payment request, or other transaction documentation.
Customers are responsible for paying all amounts due under their rental agreement.
Failure to make required payments may result in late charges, refusal of an extension, termination of the rental, collection activity, vehicle recovery, or other remedies permitted by the rental agreement and applicable law.
Deposits and Refunds
Any deposit, refund, cancellation, reservation, or payment terms will be governed by the applicable rental agreement or written rental policy.
Unless otherwise stated in writing or required by law, payment of a deposit does not guarantee approval or permanent availability of a particular vehicle.
Any non-refundable deposit or fee will be identified to the customer where applicable.
Rental Agreement
Every vehicle rental is governed by a separate rental agreement.
The rental agreement may contain additional terms regarding:
Authorized drivers
Weekly rental payments
Deposits
Extensions
Vehicle return requirements
Late returns
Mileage
Fuel
Maintenance
Tires
Smoking
Cleaning
Pets
Accidents
Damage
Insurance
Towing
Unauthorized drivers
Prohibited vehicle use
Vehicle tracking
Vehicle recovery
Failure to return the vehicle
Loss of use
Administrative charges
Other rental-specific obligations
If there is a conflict between these website Terms and the applicable rental agreement regarding an actual vehicle rental, the rental agreement will control to the extent permitted by law.
Rental Extensions
Rental extensions are not automatic.
Customers who want to keep a vehicle beyond the agreed rental period must receive approval from Top Rental Services and make any required payment.
An extension is not effective unless approved by Top Rental Services.
Failure to receive an approved extension may result in the rental becoming past due and may lead to vehicle recovery or other action permitted under the rental agreement and applicable law.
Late and Past-Due Payments
Customers are responsible for making all rental payments by the due date shown in their rental agreement, invoice, or payment schedule.
Past-due payments may result in late fees or other consequences described in the rental agreement.
Top Rental Services may refuse future extensions or future rentals to customers with unpaid balances or prior violations of rental obligations, subject to applicable law.
Vehicle Return
Customers must return the rental vehicle on or before the required return date and time unless an extension has been approved.
The vehicle must be returned to the location or person designated by Top Rental Services unless another arrangement has been approved.
Failure to return a vehicle as agreed may result in vehicle recovery, additional charges, termination of the rental, or other remedies permitted by the rental agreement and applicable law.
Damage, Loss, and Accidents
Customers must promptly report accidents, theft, damage, vandalism, mechanical problems, or other significant issues involving the rental vehicle.
Customers may be financially responsible for damage, loss, towing, recovery, cleaning, missing property, loss of use, or other charges as described in the applicable rental agreement and permitted by law.
Customers must cooperate with reasonable accident, insurance, damage, or theft investigations.
Unauthorized Drivers
Only drivers authorized by Top Rental Services and permitted under the applicable rental agreement may operate a rental vehicle.
Allowing an unauthorized driver to operate a rental vehicle may result in termination of the rental, vehicle recovery, additional charges, denial of future rentals, or other remedies permitted by the rental agreement and applicable law.
Prohibited Vehicle Use
Rental vehicles may not be used:
For unlawful activity
By unauthorized drivers
In a reckless or intentionally damaging manner
In violation of the rental agreement
To transport prohibited or illegal items
In any manner expressly prohibited by Top Rental Services in the rental agreement
Unauthorized or prohibited use may result in termination of the rental and vehicle recovery.
Vehicle Recovery
Top Rental Services may take lawful steps to recover a vehicle when permitted by the rental agreement and applicable law, including in situations involving:
Failure to return the vehicle
Materially past-due payments
Unauthorized possession
Fraud or misrepresentation
Unauthorized drivers
Prohibited vehicle use
Material violation of the rental agreement
Other circumstances permitting recovery under applicable law
Nothing in these Terms authorizes conduct prohibited by law.
Website Use
You agree to use the Top Rental Services website only for lawful purposes.
You may not:
Attempt to access accounts, systems, or information without authorization
Introduce viruses, malware, malicious code, or harmful technology
Interfere with website operation or security
Use the website to commit fraud or unlawful activity
Impersonate another person or business
Submit knowingly false or misleading information
Copy or commercially exploit website content without authorization
Attempt to bypass website security

Eligibility for future rentals
A particular rental rate indefinitely
All rentals remain subject to applicable rental requirements and vehicle availability.
Disclaimer
The Top Rental Services website and online services are provided on an “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Top Rental Services does not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, secure, or free of technical errors.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights or protections that cannot legally be waived.
Limitation of Liability

A disagreement or payment dispute alone does not automatically establish fraud or criminal conduct.
Refusal or Termination of Service
Top Rental Services may refuse, restrict, or discontinue service when permitted by law, including when a customer:
Does not meet rental requirements
Provides materially false or fraudulent information
Uses fake, stolen, altered, or invalid identification
Has an unpaid balance
Violates a rental agreement
Damages or intentionally misuses a vehicle
Allows unauthorized drivers
Uses a vehicle for prohibited purposes
Fails to return a vehicle
Engages in fraudulent or unlawful activity
Nothing in this section permits discrimination prohibited by applicable law.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, except where applicable federal law controls.
Any dispute relating to these website Terms will be handled by a court or other lawful forum having jurisdiction, subject to any separate dispute-resolution provision contained in the applicable rental agreement.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or interpreted to the extent legally permissible, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
No Waiver
If Top Rental Services does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not mean Top Rental Services permanently waives the right to enforce that provision later.

Top Rental Services may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in its website, services, business practices, or applicable requirements.
