Background Checks and Customer Screening

If a screening product constitutes a consumer report under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (“FCRA”), Top Rental Services will obtain and use the report only for a legally permissible purpose. Rental Eligibility and Age Requirement

Submitting an application does not guarantee approval, vehicle availability, or the right to rent a vehicle.
